Suicidal Soya Sauce

Apparently the soya sauce packages in our fridge have had enough and decided that they can’t handle living anymore. About once a week now I open the fridge and one of those depressed little guys jumps right off the door shelf and hits the floor. Maybe their just tired of where they are and once we turn the light on they try to go for another shelf, either way at this rate their kind isn’t going to last much longer if we keep having to dispose of the little guys that keep landing on the floor. I guess we’ll just have to order more chinese food, more companions might cheer them up, make them realize there’s a reason to live and to hold out for the ultimate life’s goal of flavoring our food. Maybe they want different kinds of friends, we’ll have to get them some plum sauce and see if that helps. I’ll keep you updated on the devastating problem of our poor depressed soya sauce, either that or I’ll just get sick up picking them up and throw the whole works out. Later

More Futzing

Alright quick post before I go to bed, boy are you all gonna have a lot to read once I actually let you know I have a website up and running. Anyways instead of solving the problem of getting my weblog to like like my website, decided to do the opposite and now have my website looking like my weblog, why would I do that you ask, well I’ll tell you. I think my site has been up for about three days and it’s gone through about 4 revamps and I still wasn’t happy with it even though it did look good. So I used the background color from the weblog as a start as this would tie them together than chose a simple background pattern to match and voila it’s done. Now I don’t have to futz around with the html on blogger, woohoo and my site looks even better than before (a little proud of the job done here tonight). K going to bed now.

Thanks to the Hubby

Well folks apparently I’ve tried to bite of more than I can chew. I never did get the stupid thing working on my site, the hubby did it, so thank you to Simon it is now part of my webpage woohoo. The next step in the process is trying to modify the template so that it somewhat resembles my website. This is where we started to run into problems. The first problem was that Michelle was hungry when she first started (that’s never a good idea). So AFTER dinner I decided to try and give it another go, got it working this time except it looks like crap so we’ve gone back to one of the given templates until I can figure out what the heck I’m doing. Maybe Linz can offer some free advice seeing as hers looks awesome. I’m gonna keep working on it slowly but until then you’ll have to put up with it the way it looks. The problem is that I know what I want but don’t know how to convert that in html and bringing it into frontpage is more frustrating so we’re gonna do some research figure out what those stupid little yellow boxes are and what I’m supposed to do with them and then we’ll give it another go. Off to do some more tweaking now. You can have a look at Simons weblog at Bundah Talk until then chow.

D’oh

What the heck does “000 java.net.UnknownHostException: www3.telus.net/” mean. Think i’m gonna have to do a little more fiddling to get this right

Day 2 – Still Going Strong

Well folks welcome to the second day of my blog, I know I’m just as excited as you but try to hold back the applause. Today we’re trying to get it on my own webspace versus going to blogspot, we’ll see how things go. So for I have the settings changed and now the big step trying it to see if it will work. I’ll keep ya’ll updated.

Show the Hubby
